While working at Moneris Solutions, I acted as design lead for the launch of a new application that supports merchants in the retail industry and provides them with customer insights from integrated surveys. Customer Facing Display, or CFD, is an application that is used in conjunction with another Moneris app, PAYD Pro Plus.
This free application allows existing PAYD Pro Plus customers to see and confirm their orders, as well as enables them to customize their display with brand colors and logos for an improved checkout experience.
It was my responsibility to design all the assets used in the campaign, promoting the CFD application on Apple's App Store platform. This included desiging the overall look and feel of the low fidelity iPAD tutorial which guides users in setting up their merchant accounts. Along with a copywriter, I designed the screens featured in the App Store, showcasing CFD's many benefits.
