THE CLIENT: Joe Fresh is a Canadian fashion brand known for its modern, affordable designs across apparel, accessories, and footwear for the whole family; including extended sizing in select women’s styles. Founded in Toronto in 2006, Joe Fresh has grown to become one of Canada’s leading fashion retailers, with products available in over 1,650 locations, including Loblaws and Shoppers Drug Mart stores, as well as online.
THE PROJECT: In January 2020, while working with Joe Fresh, I led the creation of Facebook Instant Experiences for the brand’s Athleisure campaign, covering Women, Men, and Women+ categories. The UX walkthrough was first developed using artboards in Photoshop, then finalized and implemented through Meta Ads Manager. Each experience followed a consistent structure: a brief product video (not included below), an introduction to the collection, a shoppable carousel of key pieces, influencer content featuring styled looks, highlighted sale items, and a custom Spotify playlist; concluding with a strong call-to-action.
Additional assets for the campaign included Instagram Story ads, Owned Channel placements, Google Discovery placements, and an updated homepage hero banner on joefresh.com promoting the seasonal sale.
